EOS Implementers

EOS Implementers

An EOS Implementer teaches a leadership team to run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System: Vision/Traction Organizer, Accountability Chart, Scorecard, Rocks, and Level 10 meetings. They work in full session days on a set cadence, then step back while you run it. Founders and leadership teams hire one to start EOS properly or to restart it after a self-implementation stalled. This page lists every Implementer we have found, the smallest of our six seats. Each row shows name, practice site, geo, last verified date, and one line on who they serve. Read the line; it tells you who they teach.

Before you reach out

  1. On the practice site, look for the session structure: Focus Day, Vision Building, quarterly and annual sessions. EOS Worldwide publishes its own Implementer directory; use it to confirm status. We do not check certification.
  2. Read who they serve for industry. Some rows name an industry outright; others say "leadership teams" and stop. Both are honest. One is closer to you.
  3. Last verified is the date we last opened the practice URL and confirmed the seat. It is not a session count and not a client list.

Questions founders ask before hiring this seat

What does an EOS Implementer do?

They teach and facilitate. In full-day sessions on a set cadence, an Implementer walks your leadership team through the EOS tools until you can run them alone. Those tools: Accountability Chart, Rocks, Scorecard, Level 10 meetings, the Vision/Traction Organizer. They do not run your company between sessions. That is the Integrator's job, and the reason both seats exist on this site.

Implementer vs Integrator: which one do I need?

The Implementer is outside, teaching. The Integrator is inside, running. You hire an Implementer for sessions; you hire an Integrator for the seat. Hire the first before the second. If your team already knows the tools and still cannot execute the quarter, the Integrators are where to look next: 16 listed today.

How is this list sourced?

Every row starts at the operator's own public practice site. We read it and record six facts: name, seat, practice URL, geo, the date we checked, and one plain line on who they serve. We opened all 9 practice URLs on Aug 31 or Sep 1, 2026. No one applied, no one paid, and no row can be bought. Wrong fact? The takedown page fixes it.

Why are all 9 listings unclaimed?

We listed first and are asking second. All 195 listings on this site are unclaimed as of Sep 1, 2026. An unclaimed row is frozen to six sourced facts and carries an outline stamp. When the operator claims it, the stamp fills and shows the month. The row does not move. Unclaimed is a date, not a grade.
